On January 27, 2024, KADOKAWA will unveil the 1/8 scale figure of "Shin Evangelion Theatrical Version: Asuka, Rei, and Mari Newtype Cover ver." This exquisite figure is designed by the renowned chief animation director, Atsushi Nishikiori, inspired by the cover of the June 2021 issue of Monthly Newtype, capturing the iconic moment of the three girls smiling in their classic white plug suits. Standing at approximately 120mm tall and 210mm in diameter, it comes with a dedicated base, perfectly showcasing their charm and vitality. The prototype was crafted by Chizuru (Tsuruno-kan), with coloring by Maimocchi (Tsuruno-kan), ensuring that every detail is filled with emotion and story.
